Iggy Mayerov are a six-piece indie-pop band from the Czech Republic, blending dreamy nostalgia, shimmering guitars, synth textures, and driving drum-machine beats with emotionally honest songwriting. Led by vocalist and guitarist Tereza Pila?ová, alongside Michal Pila? (guitar), Jakub Pila? (bass), Martin Griner (keys, synths), Al?bÄ?ta Kuklová (backing vocals), and Ji?í Hájek (guitar), the band crafts atmospheric songs that explore memory, loss, and the fleeting nature of human experience while remaining irresistibly melodic.

Marjari’s music is defined by intricate layers of guitar sequences recorded with a looper, interwoven with samples and crowned by her delicate, crystalline voice. Her debut LP, Hey Girl, released in 2022, followed the 2021 EP Let’s Ride. Since then, she has performed extensively with her band, solidifying her growing popularity, as evidenced by her victory in Radio Wave’s Starter chart. On Hey Girl, as with her earlier work, Marjari draws deeply from her personal experiences, emotions, and relationships—both platonic and romantic. The album’s intimate tracks explore a wide emotional spectrum, shifting between tenderness, romanticism, melancholy, and raw intensity, all unified by her distinctive songwriting and enchanting vocal delivery.
